Mateu Alemany director of football: “Frenkie De Jong is a very important player for us and we count on him. It’s clear that the issue of Fair Play in Spain forces players to leave.”
“Certain players not going to the US? From a sporting point of view, the decisions are up to the coach. There are players that he doesn’t count on and we have decided to keep them out so they can find a way out.”
“Koundé? We are not in favor of giving names, first out of respect for the club and then to avoid harming the negotiations. We are awaiting the opportunities offered by the market based on the coach’s plans.”
