Barcelona can complete the signings of Brazilian winger Raphinha and Ousmane Dembele only if they agree to sell highly rate winger this summer.

According to multiple reports, it’s impossible to sign both Dembele and Raphinha due to the club’s current financial situation.
How can Barca sign both players?
As things stand, Ousmane Dembele is not a Barcelona player because he is out of contract and the club are set to re-sign him. He is ready to stay at the club and he accepted the new offer on the table.
Barcelona can only have Raphinha and Ousmane Dembele if they sell Memphis Depay this summer.
According to Catalunya Radio, the possible arrival of Ousmane Dembele and Raphinha would result to a likely departure of Memphis Depay.
The Dutch international must leave the club if Barcelona want both Raphinha and Dembele.
