Bayern Munich vs Barcelona: Xavi Hernandez revealed his squad that will face the German side next week.
Barcelona will visit a venue they are all too familiar with tomorrow after their 0-4 victory over Cadiz on Saturday night.
They are after all up against none other than Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League second round. Though perhaps not exactly the same as before.
Xavi has already chosen his team for the match at the Allianz Arena in advance.
In the traveling squad for what may be their first game for Barça in the UCL, Hector Bellerin and Marcos Alonso made their debuts yesterday.
Sergi Roberto missed the game because of an injury, but Barcelona’s medical department has given the player the all-clear to play again.
Despite not being used as substitutes against Cadiz, Eric Garcia and Jules Kounde are almost certain to start tomorrow considering their outstanding performance thus far this year.
As they have done so frequently this year, Gavi, Alejandro Balde, Inaki Pena, Pablo Torre, and Arnau Tenas are brought up from the young teams.
Barcelona has every player in their starting lineup prepared and healthy for this game; vengeance is definitely in the cards.
