Celta Vigo 1-4 Real Madrid: Karim Benzema, Luka Modric, Vinicius Jr and Valverde are all on the scoresheet as Ancelotti’s side run riot .

Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid visits Celta Vigo tonight, for their second La Liga game of the season. The Spanish champions of last season continue their winning streak after a  victory over Celta Vigo tonight.

Karim Benzema and Luka Modric’s goals are key to Real Madrid victory over Celta Vigo tonight, but Tchouameni’s performance won’t go unnoticed. He did extremely well against Celta Vigo.

The French midfielder was the best player on the pitch in the first half of the game, he gave everything despite that he didn’t score or assist.

Real Madrid captain Karim Benzema gave the team the early lead after he converted a penalty from the spot. He had a good game against Celta Vigo as well.

Luka Modric did magic

After 40 minutes, Real Madrid and Celta Vigo were tied in the final score. Luka Modric decided to put his team back in front. Renato Tapia was left on the ground in a heap by the five-time Champions League victor as he curled an incredible shot from 25 yards past Agustin Marchesin and into the top corner.

Even if one of his longtime midfield teammates has left, the Croatian is still scoring gorgeous curlers for Real Madrid.

Soon after, Modric switched roles, finding Vinicius Junior with a fantastic through ball to launch one of the most proficient counterattacks you’ll see all season.

Marchesin sped out to meet the Brazilian, who was still frozen, and after slipping the ball past the Celta goalkeeper, he placed it into the open goal.

Vinicius had excellent movement to get around the goalkeeper and score.

With his first goal of the year, Modric has now scored for Real Madrid in 11 straight La Liga campaigns. After Karim Benzema and Iago Aspas each converted an early penalty kick, the goal gave the Spanish champions their one-goal advantage back.
