Cristiano Ronaldo’s sister likes and comments on post mocking Lionel Messi’s incredible bicycle kick against Clermont Foot.
After liking and commenting on a post criticising the PSG star’s spectacular bicycle kick goal against Clermont Foot, Cristiano Ronaldo’s sister was accused of being “obsessed” with Lionel Messi.
On Saturday, Messi astonished the football world with an incredible goal to cap off PSG’s amazing 5-0 victory.
The seven-time Ballon d’Or winner assisted Neymar earlier in the game, and it was his second goal of the contest.
Even opposition supporters at the Gabriel Montpied Stadium began to chant Messi’s name after his most recent display of brilliance.
However, not everyone was as delighted with the performance of the Argentina international.
Messi’s goal was mocked and likened to Ronaldo’s famous bicycle kick for Real Madrid against Juventus in the Champions League in 2018 by the Ronaldo fan page cr7.o legendary on Instagram.
The fan account posted two goals and noted: “One is a pistol and the other is a bicycle.
“One is against Clermont in the French Championship, while the other is Juventus in the Champions League’s knockout round.
“In one, the player places his hands and other foot on the field, and the distance between his body and the field could just about fit a mattress, while in the other, his body is entirely off the field.
“The player in the top image could fit in there, and if he held back, there would still be some room, hehe. Do not compare…”
Katia Aveiro, the sister of Ronaldo, loved the post and then left a remark with a string of clapping emoticons.
While Ronaldo’s future with PSG is still uncertain, Messi appears to be in for a fantastic season.
For the opportunity to play in the Champions League, the 37-year-old is eager to leave Manchester United this summer.
However, United is adamant about holding onto the captain of Portugal, thus his efforts to find a new team have so far been in vain.
Ronaldo was absent for the entirety of United’s preseason workouts, and it is unclear if he will play when they host Brighton on Sunday in the opening Premier League game.
