Dani Carvajal and Real Madrid players kept their promises to Mohamed Salah before the UEFA Champions League final on Saturday.
Real Madrid did extremely well against the English premier league club last might and they ended up winning the UCL trophy.
The players gave everything on the pitch last night and they are in their best shape. Jurgen Klopp’s men did well, but something were missing.
After the victory over Villarreal in the semi-final, Mohamed Salah claimed that he wants to face Real Madrid in the UCL final.
He claimed that the have a score to settle after losing the UEFA Champions League trophy to the Spanish club in 2018.
Mohamed Salah couldn’t continue after he sustained a hand injury during the first half of the game. He came off and Liverpool lost the game.
Salah came for a revenge?
Yes, the Egyptian winger came for a revenge in Paris after the defeat in the UCL final against Real Madrid.
He believes that they were the better side ahead of the game in Paris and he was very confident that Liverpool will lift the trophy.
To be confident and motivated is very important in football, but I think that Mohamed Salah underrated the Real Madrid players.
Dani Carvajal and Real Madrid kept their words
The likes of Toni Kroos and Valverde feels that Mohamed Salah was motivating the team with his words.
Unfortunately, his words came back to hunt him after the defeat in Paris.
Dani Carvajal before the game: “Let’s hope it’s not a huge burden for Salah to lose a second Champions League final against Real Madrid.”
