Exclusive: Chelsea hijacked Barcelona and Arsenal £65M target Raphinha as the Blues reached an agreement with Leeds United today.
Barcelona have been working on a deal to bring Raphinha to the Camp Nou this summer and an agreement between Barca and his representatives was reached since months ago.
Thomas Tuchel was monitoring the situation since last summer, but Chelsea couldn’t push because of the sanction.

Raphinha should be considered a Chelsea player after the breakthrough in the deal tonight.
