First 90 Minutes Football In The Premier League For Van De Beek, Forming A Pivot With Allan

Donny Van De Beek has failed to play a full 90 minutes football in the EPL at the club since he made his move to the premier league.

Donny Van De Beek’s Journey At Manchester United

The Dutch midfielder was signed from Ajax and he joined the club during Ole Gunner’s era, but the Norwegian manager failed to give him the opportunity.

Donny Van De Beek received a lot of support from the Manchester United fans, after he failed to get into the starting XI. He usually comes from the bench and the manager ignored him sometimes.

After his first season with Manchester United, Donny Van De Beek wanted to leave the club as he failed to get playing time under Ole Gunner. He was close to a move away from the club, but the board decided to keep him.

Donny Van De Beek decided to give it a try and he worked really hard during the preseason, after missing out on the Euro 2020. The manager couldn’t pick him due to his situation at the club.

Donny Van De Beek worked very hard and he gained some muscle. He was praised by Ole Gunner after his hard work in training and the fans thought that it was his time to shine.

Manchester United played their first premier league game of the season, against Leeds United and Donny Van De Beek started from the bench.

He got his first start of the season against West Ham United, in the Carabao Cup, but Manchester United were knocked out of the tournament.

After Manchester United lost the game, things started going bad for the Dutch midfielder and he started almost everywhere game from the bench, until the UEFA Champions League game against Young Boys.

Though he came off after Aaron Wan-Bissaka was shown a straight red card. He didn’t have a good game and things are getting worst. Manchester United announced that the club has parted ways with Ole after a defeat against Watford.

Donny Van De Beek scored the last goal for the Norwegian manager, before he got dismissed. Manchester United appointed Ralf Rangnick as the new manager and the fans thought that the right man for Donny has come.

After the arrival of Ralf Rangnick, he started making his selections without Donny Van De Beek and things are not getting better for the Dutch midfielder.

Ralf Rangnick was asked about the situation of Donny Van De Beek and the German manager claimed that, he is an important player and he will play games this season.

According to rumors, the player is not physically fit to play in the premier league and he can’t form a pivot with any of the midfielders in the midfield.

The manager spoke with him, Edinson Cavani, Dean Henderson and Jesse Lingard. The manager wants to keep the players, but when the second opportunity came for him to leave the club on loan.

Donny Van De Beek’s Everton Journey Started

Crystal Palace and Everton showed an interest in him and he was given the opportunity to choose his next club. Donny Van De Beek decided to join Frank Lampard’s Everton.

He played the full 90 minutes for the first time in the premier league. He did great in the midfield, forming a pivot with Allan. Van De Beek proved the managers wrong today.
