Five Arsenal academy graduates debuted by Unai Emery and how these players have fared since they made their first team debut at the club.
Unai Emery is a world class manager and he has proven himself this season. The former Arsenal manager has turned things around since he parted ways with the club.
The Spanish manager has won the Europa League trophy since he left Arsenal and he did everyone proud this season.
He took Villarreal to the UEFA Champions League semi-final and I don’t think that we should rule them out of winning the trophy.
During his time at Arsenal, he gave some of the youngsters their debut and I believe that these players will never forget what he has done for them.

Five Arsenal academy graduates debuted by Emery
1. Emile Smith Rowe – Arsenal 2022
Smith Rowe has done extremely well for the club and he will be forever grateful to Unai Emery, who gave him the opportunity to prove himself.
2. Bukayo Saka – Arsenal 2022
He has become one of the most important players at the club since he made his debut under Unai Emery.
Saka has made a lot of waves in football since he made his first team debut and he went ahead to participate in the Euro 2020 for the three lions.
3. Pleguezuelo – FC Twente 2022
The Spanish youngster followed the footsteps of the likes Hector Bellerin and Cesc Fabregas and joined the Gunners from Barcelona, but Pleguezuelo failed to hit the ground.
Unai Emery gave him his debut against Blackpool in the Carabao cup. Things didn’t work out for him and he made a move to Dutch league FC Twente in 2019.
He moved on after Unai Emery parted ways with Arsenal, Pleguezuelo is now 25-year-old.
4. Zech Medly – KV Oostende 2022
He also made his debut under Unai Emery, but he left the club on a permanent deal after he failed to hit the ground.
