Sometimes women came up with a false information about a popular footballer or a celebrity who is making waves in their job and these allegations have affected a lot of people.

Cristiano Ronaldo accused of rape
Kathryn Mayorga decided to go public with her identity in September 2018, saying she had been inspired by the Me Too movement.
She initially reported a rape to the Las Vegas Police Department on June 13, 2009 – the day after she had met Ronaldo in the nightclub and the alleged incident took place.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s representatives claimed that the story was a journalistic fiction based on documents which are unsigned and where the parties are not identified.
Therefore, Cristiano Ronaldo has been free off stress since the story came up once again. The case was called off (dismissed).
Benjamin Mendy accused of rape
Manchester City left-back Benjamin Mendy was suspended by the club after the French defender was accused of six counts of rape.
Benjamin Mendy appeared in court over rape allegations against him, which force the Premier League side to suspend him.
The French defender has been in custody since August 27 with the City left-back applying for bail three times, but was rejected.
He is yet to play a single premier league game for Manchester City since the story came to light at the start of the season.
Mason Greenwood accused of rape
Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood was accused of rape, sexual assault and threats to kill.
Manchester United was forced to suspend the English youngster after the disturbing images and videos circulated online.
Mason Greenwood is yet to play or train with the team until further notice.
