Joan Laporta wants Joao Felix at the club and there’s a possibility that the Portuguese winger will play for Barcelona in the future.
The Atletico Madrid star is a top talent and Joan Laporta has been monitoring his situation at the club after he made a return back to Barcelona.
The Barcelona president is seriously interested in signing the Joao Felix this summer, but a deal is looking unlikely.

Joan Laporta wants Joao Felix
The name that was put on the table during the meeting between Gil Marín and Mateu Alemany on Thursday was that of João Felix.
The 22-year-old Atletico Madrid forward is the ‘forbidden’ dream of President Laporta, who already tried to sign through a loan last summer.
The delicate economic situation of Barcelona would seem to make such an operation impossible, but sources from the club assure that they will soon have the economic capacity to face several big signings.
Barcelona set for a second try
The club wants to swap Joao Felix and Antoine Griezmann on deadline day, but an agreement couldn’t be reached and Atletico Madrid decided to sign him on a loan deal with an option to buy.
As things stand, Griezmann will not play for Barcelona next season and Atletico Madrid are yet to activate the buy-option clause (£40M).
