Luis Campos makes Chelsea sporting director intentions clear as Lionel Messi transfer plan set.
In response to speculation over his future at Paris Saint-Germain, Luis Campos gave an update on Neymar and Lionel Messi.
Luis Campos, a consultant for Paris Saint-Germain, has provided an update on his future in light of Chelsea’s interest. The Portuguese transfer guru has received a lot of attention as a potential transfer to Stamford Bridge as Todd Boehly tries to expand his board of directors.
The Times reports that the American billionaire and Campos have discussed the opening for the Blues’ athletic director. The 58-year-old is currently employed on a freelance basis as an advisor for both PSG and Celta Vigo.
According to the article, Campos’ contract with the Parisians contains a provision barring him from working “in parallel” with another “major club.” The remaining of his PSG contract must also be bought out for him to work entirely for Chelsea.
However, with Campos ruling out a move outside of Paris, it now appears that a one-way Eurostar ticket to London St. Pancras is out of the question. He promised Les Parc des Princes his future in a statement to RMC Sport.

Campos stated, “I have a three-year contract with PSG, as I desired, and I joined this team because I’m certain we can do something spectacular. “I have the necessary vigor to battle for PSG and accomplish big things here.”
Campos went on to discuss Neymar’s future, who was hotly rumored to be moving to Chelsea in the summer. “Neymar is a really good player,” he remarked.
“Except for one training session due to a minor injury, he always appears on time. Neymar participates in team and club projects.
When asked about Messi’s future, Campos responded that he and the Argentinean will spend at least the next three years together in Paris. “I asked Messi if he wanted to stay and I told him that I hope he will stay here during my tenure here [3 years],” the man stated. I am pleased with Leo a lot.
