After Phil Foden was fouled five minutes into the second half, the Three Lions were awarded a free kick on the edge of the box.
Rashford of United took a stride forward and fired a shot into the top corner that did not move Wales goalkeeper Danny Ward.
An incredible goal gave England a critical lead.
The amazing goal by Rashford drew immediate response from the crowd.
Only two minutes later, Foden completed a nice move to double England’s advantage.
Wales appeared to be in shock as Southgate’s team was cruising. If England wins, they will advance to the round of 16 as group winners and play Senegal on Sunday for a spot in the quarterfinals.
