Memphis Depay accepts Barcelona career

Memphis Depay accepts Barcelona career is over as the two parties close to reach an agreement to terminate his contract.

According to rumors, MEMPHIS Depay has admitted that his time at Barcelona is up and wants to go right immediately.

Barcelona and the lawyers of Memphis Depay are in contact to reach an agreement on the player being released from his contract. Depay will only leave if he finds the right ‘top’ club for his future, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The winger has been linked to a transfer throughout the summer as Barcelona looks to unload high-profile players after their buying spree.

The Dutchman, who has just been at the Nou Camp for a year, is reportedly no longer needed.

Memphis is attempting to find a new team before the start of LaLiga since he anticipates not receiving playing time at Barça, according to Mundo Deportivo.

Club insiders affirm that Juventus is a possibility.

Depay must act quickly if he hopes to leave Barcelona when he wants, as the La Liga season is set to begin in just than two weeks.

Their curiosity may have grown after Robert Lewandowski arrived and Depay had his shirt number taken off.

Although Newcastle is rumored to be trying to pull off a surprise deal for the former Manchester United player, he does have other possibilities.

At one point, Sevilla was also the betting favorite to capture the assailant.

Depay scored 12 goals in 28 games for Barcelona last season.

However, the club’s summer acquisitions have forced him out of the starting lineup, and Barca is scrambling to clear up roster spots and salaries.

Three high-profile signings occurred this week: Lewandowski from Bayern Munich, Raphinha from Leeds, and Jules Kounde from Sevilla.

Additionally, the team signed free agents Franck Kessie of AC Milan and former Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen.
