After providing a direct response regarding his relationship with Kylian Mbappe, Neymar intimated that their disagreement was far from resolved.
The two have already displayed hints of a tense relationship on the field this season, as the forwards argued over a penalty a month ago during the French team’s 5-2 victory against Montpellier.
After a disagreement about who should take the second penalty, Neymar stepped up and scored after Mbappe had previously in the game missed.
After converting his penalty kick, the French international decided against joining his Brazilian teammate in celebration.
The Brazilian afterwards liked several tweets that attacked his teammate, but the disagreement is said to have been resolved the same week after discussions with sporting director Luis Campos.
After Mbappe refused to feed him the ball, which would have given him an easy tap-in, Neymar became enraged during the win against Juventus in the Champions League earlier this month.

Instead, Mbappe opted to attempt a hat-trick, but he missed the mark, raising additional doubts about their connection.
After Brazil’s 3-0 victory over Ghana on Friday night, Neymar responded to a question regarding his connection with PSG striker Kylian Mbappe by brushing it off and walking away.
After aiding his nation win during the international break, he said to the media, “With Kylian? I’m not sure.
Following those episodes on the field, Mbappe had played down the divide between him and Neymar.
This is Neymar’s sixth season with the team. This kind of respectful friendship has always existed between us, albeit occasionally with warmer and colder moments.
