Neymar Jr. was once expected to challenge Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo for the title of football’s top player. The remarkable pair’s previous record was recently surpassed by him, despite the fact that he may have fallen behind in that race.
The Brazilian has been in outstanding form lately, contributing significantly to club and nation. He most recently assisted on a goal in 16 straight games.
The great pair shared the previous mark of 15 games for the most straight goal involvements. With his penalty kick in Paris Saint-match Germain’s against Monaco, Neymar tied the previous mark. Then, in yesterday’s 3-0 victory over Toulouse for the Parisians, he outperformed it.
