Philippe Coutinho future confirmed as Aston Villa and Barcelona are set to finalize a £20m deal for the signing of Coutinho on a permanent deal.

The Brazilian midfielder made a move back to the premier league in the winter and he has done extremely well for Aston Villa.

The English premier league side signed him on a loan deal with an option to buy this summer, it’s time to activate his release clause.

Steven Gerrard is more than happy with Coutinho at Aston Villa and he can’t afford to lose him this summer, as Arsenal are eying the Brazilian midfielder.

Aston Villa has made it clear that they are interested in signing Philippe Coutinho on a permanent deal from Barcelona.

The Barcelona board will let him go for a transfer fee worth around 20 million euros, per multiple reports.

Coutinho could become a full-time Aston Villa player in the coming days/weeks. He is happy at the club and he is enjoying his football again.

Steven Gerrard believes in him and the Brazilian midfielder trust the Aston Villa project. Arsenal are looking for a new midfielder and they are monitoring Coutinho’s situation closely.

The Gunners are set to switch focus as Aston Villa are ready to make it a permanent move.
