Real Madrid renew highly prospect contract till 2025, after he was linked with a move away from the Spanish club.
Future Real Madrid players are young. When the choice is made to move players on, even those who might never make the first team will still bring in a sizable profit for the club.
There is no disputing that the Castilla is a good squad with all the quality they have, and they might push for promotion this season, even though I would prefer Real to occasionally use some of those Castilla players in the first team.
Peter Federico, one of the players, is among the team’s top players. He is a left-footed winger who primarily plays on the right and is skilled and quick.
He does struggle occasionally, but I think that’s simply part of his growing pains. He is actually quite skilled at making opportunities.
Mario Cortegana claims that Real Madrid has extended his contract till 2025.
Peter Federico’s contract renewal was a wise move, but Real Madrid must do more for Castilla.
Peter’s contract renewal is actually a smart move by Real Madrid. It gives Real Madrid a few more years to monitor his progress, assess his potential, and either start integrating him into the first squad or loaning him out after that.
But it shouldn’t be the end of it. Real Madrid Castilla needs to be in the second division in order to develop into a location where young people desire to play and remain.
If not, these young players would undoubtedly desire to advance in the league and join teams with more competitive teams. Currently playing in the third tier, Castilla isn’t truly competing for playoff positions.
Real Madrid needs to sign more young players and work to give them the best opportunities for development if they want that to change. Even Raul, a capable coach with a lot of potential, would want to stay if the team offered him the tools to advance the squad.
