The German international had a great season under Thomas Tuchel at Chelsea and he was named in the best EPL team of the season.
A lot of clubs were interested in signing him after he failed to reach an agreement with Chelsea over a new deal.
Manchester United also made a move for him, but due to the respect he had for Chelsea, he took the Real Madrid offer.

Rudiger: “Barca wants me”
He revealed that Barcelona were among the clubs that want him this summer, but he told his brother that it’s Real Madrid that he want.
Antonio Rudiger: “Barca were interested in me but I told my brother it’s Real Madrid or nothing.”

The French youngster turned down Real Madrid offer and decided to stay at Paris Saint Germain, Antonio claimed that he doesn’t know the PSG superstar.
“Mbappe? I don’t know him and everyone makes their own decisions.”
