When will Greenwood appear in court after being remanded custody.
Mason Greenwood’s next court case has been set for November 21, therefore he will be kept in detention for the following five weeks.
Following a third arrest, Greenwood was charged on Saturday with attempted rape, coercive behavior, and assault.
The 21-year-old was informed he would be held in custody for the following five weeks when he appeared in Manchester Magistrates’ Court on Monday afternoon to answer to the allegations.
He was taken into custody over the weekend for violating his bail conditions on Saturday, October 15, and will next appear in court on November 21.
All three charges that the Manchester United forward is facing relate to the same woman.
Greenwood was initially arrested at the end of January, after images and video were posted online and went viral on social media.
The forward has been suspended ever since by United, and hasn’t played or trained since his initial arrest on January 30th.
His last appearance for the club came on January 22nd, in a 1-0 win against West Ham United, in which Marcus Rashford scored an injury time winner.

He was first put on bail and in June that was extended, as Greater Manchester Police continued their investigations into the allegations.
The former England international lost his sponsorship deal with Nike, was dropped by EA Sports from FIFA 22, and isn’t on the most recent iteration of the game. He was dropped by Gareth Southgate following an incident in Iceland in 2020.
He appeared in court on Monday while family members watched from the public gallery. He was dressed in a grey hooded sweater and grey jogging bottoms.
Before being informed that he would remain in detention until the following month, he spoke simply to confirm his name, address, and birthdate.
The defense attorneys for the Bradford-born football player informed the media that they will be submitting another bail application.
